HALP!

Mon Jul 13, 2009, 10:25 PM

So Akiko and I put in for a full table in Artist Alley at Anime Banzai in Salt Lake City. It'll be really exciting and lovely. It'll also be a lot of fun! But I have a slight problem.

I've never done anything like this before nor have I ever sold my art before.
I have no idea what to take as prints from my gallery.
I have no idea what to do between now and when the convention is to sell.

It's in October so I have time to do a few things before then. I thought maybe some bookmarks, some other works for prints, maybe stickers or phone charms? I don't plan on making any plushies or scarves or things like that... (I failed HomeEc - okay, not really, I never took it)

So, I need to know a couple of things:
1. Which pieces in my gallery should I sell as prints?
2. What anime/books/manga should I do (insert item here) of?
3. Am I crazy?

Fanart is okay, but it has to be original posing (so... like Spidy is totally out). Ummm... I'm fairly certain nothing "mature" can be sold. I was planning on some Sailor Moon bookmarks, maybe Kingdom Hearts, Legend of Zelda, and Gundam Wing... Because I love those shows/games.

So any ideas?

And speaking of GWing...
OMG, Zechs is epic. <3 And Heero is... surprisingly hilarious. Seriously.

Look for me on MangaBullet and see the crazy inner workings of my mind and read whatever writing I brew up at my LiveJournal... you know you want to...
